01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a 7jjj account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any service offered through 7jjj.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered players, visitors, and any individual who accesses the site for any purpose. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

03 Eligibility

• Not have a previously suspended, terminated, or self-excluded account on the Platform.
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

7jjj reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in account suspension.

04 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 7jjj platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration you are required to provide a valid email address and Bangladesh mobile phone number. These will be used for account verification, communication, and security purposes. You are responsible for keeping this contact information up to date.

• You must set a strong, unique password for your 7jjj account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately after registration.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• All account information you provide must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account registration and use is for personal entertainment only. Commercial use of accounts (e.g., operating a betting agency through a 7jjj account) is prohibited.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 7jjj will conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You will be required to submit a government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered payment method. We aim to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of document submission under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7jjj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. All supported payment methods are listed below.

Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2–4 business hours depending on your bank.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days following completion of KYC verification.
• 7jjj does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

7jjj offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The specific terms of each promotion — including bonus amount, wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, and expiry date — are published on the applicable promotion page at the time of offering.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 7jjj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or systematically exploiting promotional structures — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 7jjj — including casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, slot machines, and sports betting markets — are subject to the specific game or market rules published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any bet.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 7jjj will not reverse or cancel a confirmed bet unless there has been a demonstrable technical error on the part of the Platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, 7jjj reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet amount to the player's account balance.
• Odds and game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published on the relevant game and sports betting pages.
• For sports betting markets, if an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, the settlement rules applied will be those published in the relevant sport's betting rules section.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time based on match conditions or data-feed availability.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game, per market, and per time period. These limits are displayed within each game interface. 7jjj reserves the right to adjust individual player bet limits at its discretion.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7jjj platform:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that interacts with the Platform without direct human input to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform's systems. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors are void and will be deducted from your balance.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials for any purpose.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographical restrictions or the Platform's security systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 7jjj staff or other users.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or jurisdiction during registration or at any subsequent point.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7jjj platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface elements, and data — is the intellectual property of 7jjj or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. In the event of account termination for breach of Terms, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not exempt you from obligations incurred prior to closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

15 Governing Law
